My husband and I recently enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Huntsman of Brockenhurst, a charming pub nestled in the heart of the New Forest. The venue seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring exposed beams, cosy lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere.

For mains, I opted for the Cyder Battered Haddock with triple-cooked chips and mushy peas, while my husband enjoyed the 8oz West Country Sirloin, cooked to perfection and accompanied by roasted shallots. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite.
