The Bat Country Brew Co Beer Range

The Dirt – 4.2% | Best Bitter
A balanced best bitter with the perfect level of hops. Not overly sweet and incredibly drinkable. A satisfying pint for traditionalists and hop lovers alike.

Echo Base – 5.2% | Hazy IPA
A full-bodied hazy IPA with tropical fruit flavours. El Dorado hops add a bright citrus character and refreshing finish.

Mosquito Pimpstick – 5.6% | Amber Ale
Rich and malty with a dark amber colour. Smooth and robust with Cascade and Simcoe hops. A great beer to enjoy with food.

Rodeo Joe – 4.4% | American Pale Ale
Dry and bitter with bold hopping from Mosaic and Belma. Expect aromas of orange blossom with hints of melon and citrus.

Monster Of The Weak – 3.4% | Coffee Stout
Low in alcohol but packed with flavour. Dark malts, oats and lactose combine with roasted coffee for a sweet and bitter balance.

Lionel's Lawnmower – 5.8% | New Zealand IPA
A punchy IPA that sits between a classic IPA and a double IPA. The malt base stays consistent while New Zealand hops rotate each batch.

Open Face – 3.7% | Pale Ale
Light, refreshing and easy drinking. Summit and Simcoe hops bring citrus aromas and stone fruit flavours with a dry finish.

Spike – 4.7% | Hoppy Blonde
Bright and fruity with Mosaic and Zythos hops. Pineapple notes and clean yeast create a refreshing and moreish beer.

Saison And On Till The Break of Dawn – 6.5% | Saison
A traditional farmhouse ale with a stronger twist. Expect spice, pepper, fruitiness and lively carbonation with a crisp finish.

The Bat Country Brew Co tap room, known as The Bat Cave, sits in a cosy and rustic spot at Oakdene Farm in Romsey.

It is the perfect place to sample beers directly from the brewery. The team serves both cask and keg beers, including their core range and limited one-off specials.

Whether you love hoppy craft beers or classic ales, there is always something interesting on tap.

Non-beer drinkers are welcome too. The bar offers wines and soft drinks, so everyone can enjoy the visit.
