A Unique Approach to Art & Wellbeing

Lorna’s work blends art with wellbeing in a truly engaging way.

Her pieces range from striking light installations to intimate mixed-media creations, often described as personal “sanctuary” artworks. These are designed to support relaxation, reflection and creative renewal, whether in the home or workplace.

With a background in clinical nutrition and behaviour change, Lorna brings a deep understanding of how creativity can support mental wellbeing and personal growth.

Creative Workshops & Guided Experiences

These sessions focus on play, curiosity and self-expression. Participants are encouraged to move away from pressure and perfection, and instead enjoy the process of making.
