Explore Southampton's Historic Waterfront

Your adventure begins at Ocean Village Marina before heading into Southampton Harbour. As you cruise through the docks, you'll enjoy a fascinating view of one of the UK's busiest ports.

Along the way, you'll see impressive cruise ships, commercial vessels and historic docklands that have played an important role in Britain's maritime history. You'll also pass the area where the famous Titanic began her maiden voyage, adding another memorable chapter to your journey.

This gentle cruise offers plenty of opportunities to take photographs and appreciate Southampton from a completely different perspective.

Feel the Thrill of the Solent

After exploring the harbour, it's time for adventure. The boat heads into Southampton Water before accelerating into the Solent for an exhilarating high-speed experience.

For many participants, one of the highlights of the trip is the opportunity to take the helm. Under the guidance of the experienced Wetwheels crew, guests can enjoy the excitement of driving the specially adapted powerboat while building confidence and creating unforgettable memories.

The return journey offers time to relax as you cruise peacefully back to Ocean Village Marina.

Accessible Adventures for Everyone

Wetwheels Hamble is passionate about making boating accessible to all. The specially adapted vessel offers full wheelchair access and adapted steering controls, allowing people of all ages and abilities to enjoy the experience together.

The aim is to leave disabilities on the shore and provide an inclusive adventure where participants, families and carers can share quality time, laughter and lasting memories.

No previous boating experience is required, and every trip is tailored to ensure everyone feels safe, comfortable and included.

Discover the Benefits of Blue Health

Spending time on the water is known to have a positive effect on both physical and mental wellbeing. Often referred to as Blue Health, being close to rivers and the sea has been linked with reduced stress, increased confidence and improved social connections.
